Was awake surprisingly early this morning. Took a while to get motivated though. Had to do some laundry that I hadn't had the time or opportunity to do during the week as Nick had been asleep on the sofa every evening this week when I came in from work.
Carted the kids off to Chelmsford where they disappeared off to do what kids do best - bum around in games shops and phone shops!
Just for a change - Keith didn't actually buy anything! Miracles DO happen!
Spent the afternoond dossing on the sofa watching DVDs until Sam's friends arrived for a sleepover. Keith and I made a job-lot of chicken and chips and disappeared off to leave them to it. Keith crashed out at about 10pm (ish) and I read Kerrang and nodded off shortly after. Woke a few times during the night to sounds of kids messing about - by all accounts they didn't get to sleep until about 6.30am!
