Ha! Despite telling me all along that he is refusing to sign the divorce petition, I picked up my post this lunchtime to find two letters from my solicitor; one saying that Nick has signed the petition with a copy showing that he signed on 7th January; the other was the affidavit for me to swear!
Hurrah!
Will get that sworn in front of another solicitor as soon as I can during the week and then my solicitor can press ahead for a date for the Decree Nisi.
Yes!!!
