On the way down the car started making funny noises. sounded like something grating or a leaf trapped in the AC. Car seemed to be driving OK and there was no scarey smoke or steam eminating from under the bonnet so I ploughed ahead and got to Nan's in good time. Decided to check it tomorrow when it is daylight.
Had a lovely dinner - Nan had made Chilli which was very nice.
Had a few glasses of wine, put the kids to bed and Keith and I went for a stroll along the beach at about midnight.
It was really nice. We were both a little merry after the wine - well I was - Keith was positively drunk and giggly! He had this mad idea, stripped his coat off for me to hold then did a mad dash around the pebbles in a giant circle. It was hilarious! Then he did it again and managed to fall over, which was even more hilarious and made me wish I'd been filming it!
Still at least there were some photos...
