Family Visit

Keith's Dad, Alan and his wife Stephanie, came over for a visit today. It was lovely to see them both as its been a while.

Keith and I gave them their Christmas presents and they gave Keith, Sam and I some gifts they'd bought for us in Turkey last year.

We all headed out to The Lodge for lunch and were pleasantly surprised to see that its been renovated and actually has a posh dining area at the back!!

Lunch was followed by a trip to Sophie's where baby gifts were given. Just time for a cuppa before we all had to go in our various directions.

The day went by very quickly and it didn't feel as though we got to spend very long with Alan and Stephanie. Keith and I will have to make plans to go and visit them at some point.

Aaron and Gemima headed off to bed early as we have to be up early in the morning for the school run. Sam and I went off to Spar for a mosey round and bought nibbles, which we ate with Keith while watching some old re-runs of Friends.

It was a lovely day, followed by an early night and cuddles.

Perfect end to a great weekend.
