Spent much of today doing stuff around the house as Keith was busy building a new website.
Cooked breakfast, then cleaned kitchen and did laundry while everyone else vanished off to their various corners to do their own stuff.
Popped out to ASDA (leaving the boys indoors) to get things for dinner and hair dye as I already have roots!! Took Gemima with me. It was fun to go shopping together and she likes to push the trolley. Treated her to a pretty pink hairband with a bow on it, which she chose specifically because she thought Keith would like it (yeah - for himself!!).
Amid more laundry and a spot of knitting (Sack boy is pretty much done - he just needs stitching and stuffing!), I also cooked two separate dinner menus. Roast chicken, potatoes and veggies with chicken gravy for Gemima and Sam and Lobster with a seafood concoction in white wine sauce (plus veggies) for me and Keith. The lobster as nice but I don't think I'll be cooking it again any time soon. The squid was more fun to prepare and tasted nicer in the end so I thik I'll do that again next time I fancy something seafoody!
Watched Nightmare Before Christmas with dinner. It seems to have been a bit of a Tim Burton weekend so far!
Relatively early night tonight as Keith is back at work tomorrow.
