Went to drop in my application form this morning.
The director was there and invited me in for a cup of tea. I ended up staying and chatting to him for about an hour and a half.
Much of the conversation was about WHEN I join them. When I pointed out that I have not had a formal interview yet, he said he knew but that as far as they were all concerned that's just a formality and its a done deal so long as I still want the job!
Its a £6k pay rise with training and promotional prospects! AND its a managerial position. Of Course I want the job!
