Haha - She's Found Out!

My manager told me this afternoon that the Team Manager has now been told that I am leaving.

Apparently she was shocked.

This was unexpected.

They thought it would be fine to continue to let me work with no contract from June 2006 and expect that it would be OK with me.

They thought it was OK to expect me to work as a level 3 social worker and pay me as an assistant.

They thought it was OK to ignore my continued requests for a contract, training, security.

They thought it was OK that they change my job spec then have to re-advertise it so that I have to re-interview for it.

They thought it was OK to delay the advertisement because they hadn't sorted out other roles.

Oh dear! They were wrong!

Never mind eh!
