Last day at work today. Spent the morning clearing my desk and scrabbling about trying to finish all the last-minute bits I'd not done.
Went to the pub at lunchtime and met up with some colleagues for a goodbye lunch, which was nice.
Got three bunches of flowers, several cards, vouchers for Boots and for Dream Catcher in Sidcup (very nice little shop with pretty shiny things), a Managers Handbook (yeah, thanks Alex!), red wine and Rum!
Managed not to cry as I said goodbye to people - I was very proud of myself!
It's strange to think I don't work at LDT any more. I've been there for three and a half years. I will miss it much more than I thought I would.

- I love to read. Books have been a big part of my life since early childhood. I started this blog because throughout the pandemic I had a fair amount of free time on my hands and went from being an avid reader to a ferocious book dragon. Since then I've gone back to doing what I love – editing. I proofread, copy edit, and developmental edit for indie authors and small publishing companies. My preferred genres are Paranormal Romance, Sci-Fi Romance, Monster Romance, Urban Fantasy, and Literary Fiction. More recently I've also been editing horror and a few non-fiction titles. In addition to that, I review books on here, Amazon UK, Goodreads and BookBub. I also Beta Read and Alpha read for free.
