Back to work today. Idiot driver day on the roads. Stupid person almost parked in the boot of the Polo!
Busy day in the office but got loads done.
Got a call from Nick to say Gemima's ill and not at school... again! I insisted he take her to the GP as she's had a lot of time off sick when she's been with him.
First session at Osteopath today. He was good; cracked my spine but not in the same painful way that the physioterrorist did. Felt bruisy but good afterwards. Back again next Monday. It will be nice to have a pain-free back. Fingers crossed.
Picked Gemima up afterwards. Yep, temperature, bogies, cough, the works. Doctor said no antibiotics but lots of fluid, cough meds and paracetamol. So that's what she got.
